A whole lost isn't know yet. The current information listed is this:
1) They change at will.
2) If they drink vampire blood they become twice as lethal.
3) When it comes to the alpha call they can't control their shifts.
4) If their pack leader is killed the pack becomes disorganized.
5) Most of the werewolves aren't very intelligent and appear more animal-like in nature.
6) They thrive on violence and sex.
7) They can be killed by normal means.
This information will be updated as more information is learned. A lot isn't known yet as to what myths the True Blood show is running on, so I am not sure how their law and order is carried out. From what it seems like if you cross another even by accident you're going to get the snot kicked out of you and if you cross them bad enough they might kill you.
